The riot of color in the treetops is now a spent pile of wet leaves on your lawn. You face the daunting dilemma of what to do with all those leaves.
Can't burn 'em. Can't put them in the trash. Can't dump them on the neighbor's yard, or will them to blow away. Fall's glory is gone, and the forest's regal crown of colors has turned into a royal hassle.
To tackle the problem we face every autumn, consider first the purpose of leaves and the purpose of leaf fall.
