Ballard High School's athletic department is investigating a series of alleged violations possibly committed by its football program, according to KingCo 4A athletic directors.
Ballard athletic director Doug Bruketta yesterday said he had no comment on the allegations, nor would he specify what they were.
"Everything is alleged at this point," Bruketta said. "We're in the process of getting the facts of what's being put forth."
However, a letter to league athletic directors from a league school suggested Ballard's coaching staff had actively "recruited" players away from another school in the league. ...
