MEXICO CITY, Oct 30, 2003 (Notimex/Corporate Mexico by Internet Securities, Inc. via COMTEX) -- In the third quarter of this year, Grupo Financiero Interacciones registered a net profit of 34.1 million pesos (US$3.1 million), which was 10.6 times more than the 3.2 million pesos (US$288,000) it reported in the same three months of last year.

In the firm's quarterly report, it explained that total revenues in July to September reached 93.9 million pesos (US$8.5 million), a year-on-year increase of 27%.
