E-mail is ubiquitous, but limited. Lotus Notes has bells and whistles, but can be pricey. Take a look at wikis for an inexpensive, easy-to-use, Web-based collaboration tool.
What's a Wiki? A wiki (based on the Hawaiian word for "quick") is a small piece of server software, typically open source, that allows users to freely add, modify, and delete Web content using only a Web browser.
How does it work?
* All info in a wiki can be altered or deleted by anyone using the wiki with a regular Web browser.
