SEOUL, Oct. 30 (Yonhap) -- A mandate requiring fixed-line phone companies to let customers keep their phone numbers when changing service providers will be expanded to 11 cities starting Friday, according to the Ministry of Information and Communication. The cities include Suwon, Daejeon, Kwangju, Ulsan, Jeonju, Cheonan and Masan.
