(OTCBB:MCTL), an international manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic components and subsystems and communication equipment today announced that its CXR SAS (France) subsidiary has changed its name to CXR Anderson Jacobson. Anderson Jacobson Inc. was founded in 1967 and in 1988 was acquired by MicroTel's CXR Telcom Corp. subsidiary in Fremont, Calif.
