A building owner hires your company to conduct maintenance repairs on the root of his building You send your best repair crew out to do the work. Within all hour of the, crew's departure, you receive a phone call from your foreman who inform; you that the roof that they are repairing, has multiple blisters Some of the blisters are open, but most of them are no.
