THE full extent of organ snatching in the NHS is to be revealed by two damning reports due to be published tomorrow.
More than half of major hospitals kept body parts without relatives' consent, according to one study.
Horrific practices at Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool are exposed by the second inquiry - including the fact that a child's head was kept in a jar.
