Nov. 3--ORNL TO COMPETE FOR GTL-3 FACILITY: Oak Ridge National Laboratory has been on a roll the past couple of years, evidenced not only by the spate of new buildings but the funding for equipment and research programs to go in them.
The next big acquisition, lab officials hope, is a proposed $250 million facility associated with the government's Genomes to Life research program.
