Nov. 2--The hottest real estate market in the Hudson Valley is in Sullivan County.
With affordable homes and plentiful land, Sullivan is enhancing its status as a playground of wealthy Manhattanites while establishing itself as the bedroom community of the mid-Hudson Valley.
All that interest is fueling an unprecedented jump in home prices.
