Actor Don Johnson is used to attracting lots of attention through his TV hits "Miami Vice" and "Nash Bridges." But little noticed has been the activity in a downtown courtroom where the star's latest money muddle is being unraveled.
Johnson was sued earlier this year by City National Bank for failing to pay nearly $900,000 due on an unsecured $1 million personal loan. Late last month, an L.A. Superior Court judge ordered the actor to pay more than $900,000 in principal and interest.
If Johnson, who did not appear at any of the court hearings over the past seven months, fails to come up with the money, the court could order the sale of some of his real ...
