The British Cheese Board sponsored 'Cheese Industry Award' was presented to one of the country's most well known cheesemakers, Mr Joseph Heler at the Royal Bath and West Show in May.
Joseph, the first ever cheesemaker to be presented with this accolade in the award's five year history. was singled out because of the position he has achieved over a 50 year period in the dairy industry.
