HARRISBURG, Pa., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- State Police Commissioner Jeffrey B. Miller issued the following statement on yesterday's court filing asking the Commonwealth Court to order the Pennsylvania State Police to accept five county deputy sheriffs into a wiretap and electronic surveillance training class.
"The Department's primary concerns are to make sure that the State Police follow the Pennsylvania Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Act and to guarantee the privacy rights of Pennsylvania citizens.
