MISSION HILLS - A Simi Valley attorney who was shot by a client in front of the Van Nuys courthouse Friday was listed in good condition Saturday at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center.
Police said 53-year-old Gerald Curry was initially thought to be in critical condition after he was hit by a number of bullets in Friday's shooting.
But Kimberly Enard, a spokeswoman for the hospital, said Saturday that Curry's condition Friday and Saturday was good as he recovered at the hospital in Mission Hills.
