I HEARD the news and shed a tear! Who else is going to lighten up those dark November days and will we ever see his like again?

Norman Williamson is up there in the pantheon of sporting greats.

Never mind his film star looks (my 80-year-old mother's observation, not mine!), Norman was one of those small handful of sportsmen I would travel miles just to watch - a class act in every way.
