Rockwell Automation (NYSE:ROK) today announced that James Gelly will become Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective January 5, 2004.
Gelly will succeed Michael A. Bless who, earlier this year, announced his intention to leave Rockwell Automation. Bless will remain with the company and work closely with Gelly to help ensure a smooth and orderly transition.
