Bistro Remedios, the first Filipino bistro opened by restaurateur Larry Cruz at the corner of Remedios St. and M. Adriatico, is turning 20 years old this month.
Twenty years is a long time in the restaurant business, Bistro Remedios is only five years younger than the LJC restaurant flagship Cafe Adriatico, also located in the Remedios Circle. Makati diners can now have a taste of Bistro Remedios, as the LJC group opens the Merks Bar Bistro where an LJC chef presides over its kitchen offering the same quality of BR food in the popular music lounge.
