MODEL Saira Mohan was hailed last week as having the perfect face. A combination of Indian, French and Irish ancestry give her 'a global standard' of beauty, said Newsweek magazine. But how has the definition of beauty changed over the centuries? CHARLOTTE DOVEY asked a panel of experts and the National Portrait Gallery to identify the beauties from each of the past 40 decades and say why their features were so admired in their day.
