General Dynamics [GD] said yesterday it had signed a teaming agreement with South African contractor Denel to market lightweight 105mm artillery pieces for both domestic and international sales.
"This is a very strong and natural match," James Vickrey, director of Artillery Programs for GD, said in a statement. "We have been working with Denel since 2002. This agreement formalizes our effort and capitalizes on the worldclass capabilities of both companies to our customers."
