Nov. 9--FUTURE JOB MARKET COULD BE SCARY PLACE: In a state where corrections institutions, poultry processing plants, telemarketing call centers, and stock car tracks are actively sought by development officials, one wonders what West Virginia's employment picture will look like in the future.
