Nov. 12--Changes are coming to the heart of Fresno's Tower District.
Three businesses are on the way out on Olive Avenue, between Echo Street and Lucerne Lane.
The Key to Health massage shop closed its store at the end of last month and moved to Shields Avenue. D.L. Scudder's Bookstore is having a 50 percent-off closing sale and could shut down as early as the end of the month. And Sugar Hill, a skate shop two doors down from The Key to Health, is eyeing a location under construction in the Universal Park Shopping Center at Blackstone and Alluvial avenues.
