CASA releases upgraded list of spam servers featuring both static and dynamic IP addresses
Shanghai. November 12. INTERFAX-CHINA - The China Anti-Spam Alliance (CASC), a non-government anti-spam organization, has launch CBLplus (China Blockhole List plus), an upgraded list of spam email servers available on the CASC's website (), according to CASA official Wang Xingyu.
CBLplus is composed of a China Blockhole List (CBL) and a China Dynamic IP List (CDL). The CBL includes the IP addresses of more than 1,000 spam servers, most of which are static IP addresses in China. The CDL lists more than 1 million dynamic IP addresses likely used by spam operators.
