Nov. 11--SANTA FE, N.M.--The Santa Fe City Council isn't the U.S. Senate, but Councilor David Pfeffer is concerned that some of his council colleagues are trying a Senate ploy -- filibustering -- to kill further discussion of a convention center project.
"We're not hearing the real debate ... we're having debate that amounts to filibuster," Pfeffer said in a recent interview.
