Nov. 13--Thai Mobile, the joint-venture mobile phone service of TOT Corporation and CAT Telecom, will begin an aggressive marketing campaign this month to double its subscriber base to 300,000 by the end of this year.

The company has given the ad agency Leo Burnett a budget of 40 million baht for marketing over the next six months.
