Creme de menthe - a sweet, mint-flavored liqueur - has been appearing all over the place these days; we're seeing it in baked goods, cocktails and even gelled as a condiment for roast lamb.
It comes in both green and clear versions; generally, unless you're going for shockingly green color, it's best to stick with the clear.
