Dan Hawkins will roam the Boise State sideline at Reser Stadium on Saturday, coaching the Broncos as he has done for two-plus seasons.
Mike Riley will make his rounds on the other side of the field, marshaling Oregon State's players as their first-year coach.
But with some different karma, perhaps, even a realignment of the planets, maybe, and Riley not so dang bent on being the Beavers' coach last February, it might have been Hawkins as the guy singing "hail to old OSU."
