Indian drugmaker Dr Reddy's Laboratories says that it has launched a South African subsidiary, Dr Reddy's Laboratories Pvt Ltd, South Africa (Dr Reddy's SA). The unit has been established with Venturepharm Pvt Ltd, itself a subsidiary of US health care major Johnson & Johnson. Dr Reddy's holds 60% of the South African entity and Venturepharm the remaing 40%, reports India Infoline.
