The 2004 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival will use its 10-day run next April 23 to May 2 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of South African democracy.
Producer-director Quint Davis said JazzFest will showcase South African culture throughout the event at the Fair Grounds Race Course. Some 100 South African musician and artisans will fly in for the event.
