PKN Orlen keeps open involvement in Polish fuel-sector logistics operator
Warsaw. November 14. INTERFAX-EUROPE - PKN Orlen, Poland's leading fuel firm, is still considering Polish Treasury notions to cooperate with leading fuel-storage firm Naftobazy and will decide on whether to go forth with some form of joint action within a month, Orlen CEO Zbigniew Wrobel told a press conference on Friday.
Orlen is now deep in talks with the Treasury-run fuel-sector sell-off unit Nafta Polska, Naftobazy and Vopak, a Dutch investor now negotiating buying 51-65% of Naftobazy, regarding Orlen's participation in the creation of an integrated logistics operator based ...
