Ahh, the sweet life. Certain media types and aerobics instructors across the land would have you believe that sweet goods are devil's spawn and the predominant reason for all the strife and tragedy in the world.

Well, maybe that's going a little far, but they at least want you to think that sweet goods are very, very bad. And yes, if you eat two trays of coffeecake, a dozen muffins and a variety of assorted other sweets every day, that would be bad for you. Yes, it would be fun, but it would also be very bad for you.
