Warsaw. November 18. INTERFAX-EUROPE - Polish metals giant KGHM, the state power grid operator PSE and top fuel firm PKN Orlen have at last short-listed consultancy firms for the sale of their joint 60.78% stake (estimated to be worth USD 1.5 bln) in mobile-telephony operator Polkomtel. The said firms include CS First Boston, ABN Amro and Citiroup Global Markets Europe, according to information garnered by the daily "Rzeczpospolita." Polkomtel's foreign shareholders, Britain's Vodafone and Denmark's TDC, are reportedly interested in the Polish stake. (Rzeczpospolita)
