Nov. 18--It's been three years since the tech bust destroyed scores of once promising businesses. Yet it would be hard to tell there was ever a technology downturn by looking at Overland Storage.
During the slowdown, the San Diego company's share price has more than doubled. So have profits. Sales are up 56 percent.
"They have been able to show growth over the past two years when many companies in the high-tech industry have either shown declining revenue or flat revenue," said Fara Yale, a research analyst with Gartner.
