The Montgomery, Ohio, developer of the proposed $55 million Buttermilk Towne Center in Crescent Springs has failed to submit a promised traffic study to planners at least twice and was headed for a third time.
But with its presentation planned Wednesday, it will get both the study of the impact as well as the plans for the proposed "lifestyle center" on the agenda for the Kenton County Area Planning Commission's December meeting.
