Lisa Stone is not only preaching the philosophy of team unity to the University of Wisconsin women's basketball team, she is using it to attract recruits to play for the Badgers.
And Janese Banks bought into that philosophy.
Banks, a 5-foot-10 senior shooting guard/small forward from Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis, signed a national letter of intent Saturday to join the Badgers and became the sixth player to join the 2004-05 recruiting class.
