Swedish independent oil company Lundin Petroleum AB said on Friday (21 November) that it had sold its 50% stake in Compagnie Franco Tunisienne des Petroles (CFTP) to the French company Spyker Energy.

In addition to a cash payment of USD3m Lundin Petroleum is to provide Spyker Energy with a USD2m loan facility.

CFTP, 50%-owned by the Tunisian state, owns the Sidi El Ityem onshore oil field in Tunisia. ...
