Nov. 20--HILLSBORO, Ore.--A handful of retailers -- attracted by two landmark construction projects and a Rockwellian culture -- have moved into two vacant buildings in downtown Hillsboro.
The additions leave the city's downtown with few vacancies as antiques shops, candy stores and booksellers position themselves to cash in on the city's still-under-construction civic center and cultural arts center.
