The Boon Rawd Trading International Co., makers of Thailand's Singha beer, has announced formation of a U.S. import company called Singha North America, Inc. The new company will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boon Rawd Trading International Co., Ltd., which itself is a subsidiary of Boon Rawd Brewery Co., Ltd, located in Bangkok, Thailand. The president and CEO of Singha North America wilt be Palit Bhirom-Bhakdi. The vice president and treasurer will be Mario Ylanan, who has provided coordination and support to Singha in North America over the last three years, including sales and marketing.
