Industri Kapital, the Nordic buy-out firm with European ambitions, has hired Dan Soudry as an associate director to expand its French team to six investment professionals.Soudry, formerly of ABN Amro Capital, will work from Industri Kapital's London office where Christopher Masek, the team's leader, established the French operation in 2000. Investment professionals use London as a base and spend three or four days a week in France. The firm intends to open a Paris office in time but has not set a date for this.
