HARRISBURG, Pa., Nov. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is seeking public comment on a natural resource management plan for Evansburg State Park, Montgomery County.
"With its proximity to Philadelphia, Norristown and other urban areas, Evansburg State Park is becoming increasingly popular with year-round visitors drawn to its 3,349 acres," said Bureau of State Parks Director Roger P. Fickes. "We're hoping some of these almost 500,000 annual visitors will review the park's proposed plan and help us ensure the continued stewardship of Evansburg's natural features."
