There's no crying in baseball, but there are likely to be more than a few tears shed after the game tonight at Safeco Field.
Ten minutes after the final out, there will be an Edgar Martinez Day tribute for the retiring designated hitter, replete with video tributes, teammate testimonials and gift presentations.
"I haven't thought about it too much," said catcher Dan Wilson, Martinez's longest-tenured teammate. "I've sort of purposely put it out of my mind. It's going to be a tough night for a lot of people."
