The Shlomo Ben-Tzvi - Ron Lauder Group will own 60% of Israel's Channel 10 franchise, according to an MOU signed recently. The Merhav group, controlled by Joseph Maiman, an Israeli businessman with worldwide interests, will own 40%. Lauder controls the larger stake in the Ben-Tzvi-Lauder consortium, with an option to expand, according to media reports.
