Minister of State for Health Rosie Winterton met some of the first members appointed to the new Patient and Public Involvement Forums in Birmingham today. Visiting the Krishna Temple in the Sparkhill area of the city, Ms Winterton discussed the new system of Patient and Public Involvement.
