The nuclear family is making a return to the city.
"After a brief sojourn in the country probably prompted by 9/11, they are coming back," said Brown Harris Stevens broker Paula DelNunzio, an Upper East Side townhouse specialist. "But they still want independent living in a single-family dwelling. They want their own tittle family castle."
