Fairchild Semiconductor (NYSE: FCS) expands its family of random-phase triac driver optocouplers with nine new products in 4-pin, mini-flat packages (MFP) that provide designers flexibility and space-saving benefits in industrial and consumer applications. The triac drivers offer designers a choice of three peak blocking voltages (250, 400 or 600V) and three trigger current options (5, 10 or 15mA) that can be tailored to specific application needs.
