TOKYO, Nov 26 Asia Pulse - Pioneer Corp. (TSE:6773) is establishing a wholly owned manufacturing and sales subsidiary for its car audio operations in Brazil, starting its operations in December.

Pioneer do Brasil Ltda., capitalized at around 1.2 billion yen (US$10.9 million), will have its headquarters and production base in Manaus, and its sales office in Sao Paulo. Pioneer's total investment will be around 700 million yen.
