The Syracuse women's basketball team mixed together something old and something new to whip up a second consecutive victory to start its season.
The Orangewomen relied on stellar 3-point shooting and a stifling zone defense during the second half of a 62-54 comeback win over Massachusetts in front of 373 at Manley Field House. Syracuse moved to 2-0, while UMass fell to 0-3.
