Warsaw. November 26. INTERFAX-EUROPE - The Polish central bank's Monetary Policy Council (RPP) announced after its Tuesday-Wednesday monthly sitting that it was leaving official interest rates unchanged. The council also continues to maintain its neutral policy bias.
