Peabody Essex Museum supporters came home for the holidays.
The museum's 31st annual antiques show opened Friday night with a party that brought 33 dealers and hundreds of Thanksgiving-weekend shoppers back to Salem's East India Square after a three-year absence.
The annual fund-raising weekend was relocated to Salem State College in 2000 because of construction on the museum's new 100,000-square-foot wing and atrium. Work was completed in June.
