LONG BEACH, Calif., Dec. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) will hold its 16th Annual Conference & Exhibition at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, April 23 - 26, 2004.
