I thank Joel Connelly for his thoughtful column listing all the reasons why our congressional delegation should not immediately draft articles of impeachment against the president and vice president (Wednesday). Of course, I wholeheartedly disagree with him; I think this administration has raised scoundrelry to a truly sublime level, but I also think Connelly misses a far more important point.
